    QUYẾT ĐỊNH
    Về việc công nhận tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp đủ điều kiện cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng

    Căn cứ Luật Xây dựng số 50/2014/QH13 ngày 18/06/2014;
    Căn cứ Nghị định số 59/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 18/6/2015 của Chính phủ về quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng;
    Căn cứ Nghị định số 42/2017/NĐ-CP ngày 05/04/2017 của Chính phủ về sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều Nghị định số 59/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 18/6/2015 của Chính phủ về quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng;
    Căn cứ Nghị định số 100/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 16/7/2018 của Chính phủ về sửa đổi, bổ sung, bãi bỏ một số quy định về điều kiện đầu tư kinh doanh thuộc các lĩnh vực quản lý nhà nước của Bộ Xây dựng;
    Căn cứ Thông tư số 08/2018/TT-BXD ngày 05/10/2018 của Bộ Xây dựng hướng dẫn một số nội dung về chứng chỉ hành nghệ hoạt động xây dựng, chứng chỉ năng lực hoạt động xây dựng và quản lý nhà thầu nước ngoài hoạt động xây dựng tại Việt Nam;
    Căn cứ Quyết định số 144/QĐ-BXD ngày 06/3/2019 của Bộ Xây dựng về việc công nhận tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp đủ điều kiện cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng;
    Xét đơn đề nghị công nhận tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp đủ điều kiện cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng số 10-2020/VACC-VP ngày 24/02/2020 của Hiệp hội các nhà thầu xây dựng Việt Nam;
    Theo đề nghị của Cục trưởng Cục Quản lý hoạt động xây dựng,
     
    QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

    Điều 1. Công nhận Hiệp hội các nhà thầu xây dựng Việt Nam là tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp đủ điều kiện cấp chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng hạng II, hạng III cho các cá nhân là hội viên, thành viên của đơn vị hội viên đối với các lĩnh vực hoạt động xây dựng:
    1. Khảo sát xây dựng gồm: Địa hình; Địa chất công trình.
    2. Giám sát thi công xây dựng gồm: Giám sát công tác xây dựng công trình; Giám sát công tác lắp đặt thiết bị vào công trình.
    3. Quản lý dự án.
    4. Thiết kế xây dựng.
    Ký hiệu nơi cấp chứng chỉ: HNT.
    Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Quyết định này thay thế Quyết định số 144/QĐ-BXD ngày 06/3/2019 của Bộ Xây dựng.
    Điều 3. Cục Quản lý hoạt động xây dựng, Hiệp hội các nhà thầu xây dựng Việt Nam chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này./.
