    This Joint Circular guides the implementation of provisions in Article 92 of the Civil Procedure Code, which has been amended and supplemented according to the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code approved by the National Assembly of the Republic. Vietnam Socialist Party, term XII, 9th session passed on March 29, 2011 (hereinafter abbreviated as CPC) on asset valuation and asset price appraisal.
