Service commitment

This service commitment is an electronic contract agreement between the host enterprise DauThau.info and users of VIP service packages and is the basis for ensuring the interests of users.

1. DauThau.info provides services according to the current status, however, to ensure service quality, we commit to the following contents:

  • 200% refund for unused services (calculated according to the number of days remaining from the time of customer request) when the software fails to update information from manual data entry at the rate > 5% (calculated on the total number of errors detected in the total number of messages posted on the national bidding network system) within a day (due to technical errors, not due to force majeure) that cannot be resolved within 7 days (* ) if the user requests to terminate the service provision contract.

2. Force majeure circumstances


a. Force majeure circumstances include:

b. If a force majeure event occurs to one party, within 7 days that party must notify the other party and within 30 days must send information to the other party describing the cause of the incident, its effects. incident to the performance of a contractual obligation, and attach proof of the occurrence of the incident. Immediately after the force majeure event ends, the responsible parties actively continue to perform the contract.

c. This contract will be terminated by either party without penalty if the force majeure lasts for more than 1 month and cannot be remedied.
