For this reason, DauThau.info has developed a feature to list canceled bidding packages based on the results of bidding packages on public procurement. So how to use this feature?

At Home page interface of DauThau.info ⇒ User navigate to “Bid Search” (as shown below)

Step 2: Specify the information to look up

At this step, contractors please enter and select the following details:

1. Main keyword: This field is optional and may or may not be filled in by contractors. If you want to know exactly the bidding package information that contractors need to find, enter the main keyword you are looking for, for example, the name of a bidding package, the number of Tender Notice, or a certain field or industry.

2. Type of information: In this field, contractors can search for information about fields and industries such as:
  • Tender Notice
  • Contractor selection plan
  • Development investment project
  • Contractor selection result
  • Prequalification Notice
  • Bid opening results
  • Prequalification results

Here, if bidders want to search for a list of canceled bidding packages, bidders can click on the field Bid opening results

3. Bid opening status: The system will appear the field “Bid opening status” after bidders click on the field “Bid opening result”. Here, the system appears the main bid opening status as follows:

  • All
  • Tender opening completed
  • Complete opening of technical documents
  • Complete bid evaluation
  • Complete opening of financial documents
  • Cancellation of bids

The main purpose of the contractors is to find the list of canceled bidding packages, so here, we choose the status as “Cancellation of bid”

4. Publication period: Bidders can choose the time period to announce the bid package that you want, it can be today, recent 7 days, recent 14 days, recent 30 days, recent 3 months, recent 6 months, 2 recent years, the entire history, or you can also choose by the time period you need to find.
