**Important Note Before Installing the Agent:

- Step 1: Open Windows Settings of your computer and select Apps.
- Step 2: Search for old version of EGP-AGENT
- Step 3: Select Uninstall to uninstall
- Step 4: Delete the folder containing the Agent at the Windows installation drive (Usually C drive) of the computer
- You will need to download the file named "VNEGP Client Agent Software" from the List of VNEGP Client Agent Software. Choose the appropriate Agent installation package for your operating system.

eGP Agent Installation Steps
- Step 1: After uninstalling the old Agent version and completing the download of the compressed file "eGP-Agent.rar" from the link above, open the file and double-click to install.
- Step 2: Follow these steps to install the Egp Agent to your machine.
- After selecting the folder to save the installation file in “Browse”, select “Next”. Note that you need to select the item containing the installation file in the C drive of the computer to ensure that the Agent can find the Java environment.
- Next, select “Next”.
- Select “Install” to start the installation.
- Select “Finish” to complete the Agent installation.
- Step 3: Start Agent
After the installation is complete, you will see a red icon with a Lạc bird symbol on your Desktop screen (the old installation package doesn't include this). Double-click to start eGP Agent.
After booting/rebooting, the same red icon will appear in the right corner of the screen.
Then the right corner of your computer screen will be added a red icon of the Lac bird.
Right-click on the Lac bird icon to check information about the version of eGP Agent you just installed.
Note:The Agent version of the New National E-Procurement System can only be manually launched. Therefore, after opening or restarting your computer, you must manually start the Agent. To avoid forgetting and causing operational issues, you can configure the Agent software to automatically run on Windows startup.
