Steps to post contractor selection results

In order to upload the contractor selection results to the new National Procurement Network, users need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to the system as Bidding party ⇒ Select Electronic Bidding ⇒ e-Bidding Module ⇒ select Contractor selection process according to the bidding law ⇒ select Contractor selection result ⇒ select Public results.

Step 2: At the Screen of Publication of contractor selection results ⇒ select Create a new QM Architectural Designation or Create a new QM CNT.

For Create a new KQMNT, select create From QA/From prequalification/From TBMT or From the shortlist.

For Create a new KQLCNT QM users need to enter required fields information ⇒ select Save ⇒ press Post ⇒ popup displays a message to select Yes.
