1. Guide to Lookup the Request for Extending Bid Document submission date Sent by the Bid Solicitor

To lookup the Request for Extending Bid Document submission date sent by the Bid Solicitor, users can follow one of these three methods:
  • Method 1: Lookup via the notification email by accessing the email address registered on the system and checking the email with the subject “Notification of Request for extending Bid Document submission date from the Bid Solicitor + Tender notification code”.

Method 2: Lookup from the menu through the following steps:
  • Step 1: Log into the new National Online Bidding System as a Contractor => Select Online Bidding.

  • Step 2: The user proceeds to select Bidding Process according to the Bidding law => Choose Utilities => Choose Extending submission date of E-HSDT/E-HSDST/E-HSQT.(Bid Documents/Prequalification Document/Express of Interest Document)

  • Step 3: Conduct a lookup for the request for extending E-HSDT/ E-HSDST/ E-HSQT submission date by checking the latest records updated by the system recently. The most recent records will be displayed first.
Method 3: Lookup the Request for extending Bid Document submission request sent by the Bid Solicitor from the inbox on the personal page.
  • Step 1: After logging into the system with the registered account, the user accesses the Inbox on the personal page.

  • Step 2: Select the Search option at the top right of the screen and search for notifications with the title “Notification of Request for extending Bid Document submission date”.

2. Guide to Respond to the Request of extending E-HSDT submission date

After the user has found the notification of the Request for extending Bid Document submission date sent by the Bid Solicitor using one of the three methods shared by DauThau.info above. To respond to this request, the user needs to follow these steps:
  • Step 1: At the screen for querying requests for extending the E-HSDT/E-HSDST/E-HSQT submission dates, the user looks to the right of the screen and clicks on the Arrow up/down to expand or collapse the request => Find the E-HSDT Notification needing extending submission date that is in an unanswered state.

  • Step 2: The user must enter complete information to respond to the extending E-HSDT submission date and ensure the submission date extension. After completing the entry, the user selects Save and Send.

  • When doing the extension of E-HSDT submission date, the system requires a digital certificate and running the eGP-Agent application. If these conditions are not met, the system will display an error message for the user (See more: How to install the latest version of eGP-Agent)
