To register for an account to participate as a contractor on the new National Procurement Network, contractors follow the following steps:
- Step 1: Users access the National Procurement Network at the address: https://muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn/ => Select Register ⇒ Register a domestic organization.
- Step 2: The system displays the account registration screen with 04 steps. Users perform step-by-step operations to register for a contractor account.
- Step 1: Choose a role. Contractor clicks on the role of Contractor ⇒ Next.
- Step 2: Register information. Enter tax identification number ⇒ Select Check. The system will support to get information from the national information system on business registration. Then enter all the missing information fields (with the information field marked with a red asterisk (*) are required information ⇒ Save ⇒ Enter the verification code sent to your email ⇒ Send.
- Step 3: Print the application form. Select Export PDF to download the application ⇒ Select Continue.
- Step 4: Submit your application. The user attaches the Decision of Establishment/Equivalent papers together with the signed and stamped Application Form in PDF format ⇒ Save ⇒ Submit application.
