Steps to Cancel a PPP Project bidding package

To cancel a PPP project bidding package on the new National Bidding Network System, follow these steps:
Users log into the system with the role of Authorized Agency.
  • Step 1: In the e-Bidding Subsystem, the user selects PPP Projects ⇒ Bidding Utilities ⇒ Cancel PPP Project bidding package

  • Step 2: On the bidding package Cancellation Management screen, the user selects the Cancel icon (x mark) to proceed with cancelling the PPP project bidding package.

  • Step 3: On the Cancel PPP Project bidding package Notice screen, the user enters the required information (marked with a red asterisk *) and selects Confirm Cancellation.
