Video instructions on paying costs of the national bidding network system:

1. Check the payment status and overdue fees for the beneficiary being the national online bidding system

Step 1: User logs into the national bidding system at: https://muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn/ as a contractor and accesses the "Personal Page”.

Step 2: Select “Payment Status and Electronic Invoice” ⇒ choose “Fees Paid to the National Online Bidding System” ⇒ click on the “Unpaid/Paid” tab to check unpaid/paid fees.

Step 3: Choose the payment method, users can pay online via the Payoo payment gateway, or by bank transfer.

• With Payoo payment gateway: The user selects the fee to be paid, chooses online payment via the gateway. The system displays billing information and fee details, users can update invoice information here, choose to pay now, the system shows payment information via Payoo, the user enters complete information to make the payment.

• With bank transfer: The user selects the fee to be paid, chooses bank transfer details. The screen displays account information, the user clicks the “Paid” tab to view successfully paid fees.

2. Check the payment status and overdue fees for the beneficiary being IDNES enterprise

Step 1: User logs into the system as a contractor and accesses the “personal page” of the National Bidding System.

Step 2: Select “Payment Status and Electronic Invoice” ⇒ choose “Fees Paid to IDNES” ⇒ select the “Unpaid/Paid” tab to check unpaid/paid fees.

Step 3: Choose the payment method: Direct payment via the Payment Gateway or Bank Transfer.

3. Guide to invoice inquiry on the new National Bidding System

Step 1: User logs into the system as a contractor and accesses the “Personal Page”.

Step 2: Select “Payment Status and Electronic Invoice,” choose “Inquiry Invoice with Beneficiary being IDNES Enterprise” or “Inquiry Invoice with Beneficiary being the National Online Bidding System.”

• For the beneficiary being IDNES Enterprise: The system displays the invoice inquiry screen in the electronic payment subsystem, the user clicks search, selects an invoice code to check details, clicks “View”.

• For the beneficiary being the national Online Bidding System: The system shows the screen with instructions for invoice inquiry.

4. Update invoice information on the new National Bidding System

Method 1: Log in as a contractor and select “Personal Page” ⇒ choose “Contractor Information,” select “Update Electronic Invoice Information.” The user updates invoice information including company name, address, email for invoice receipt, and clicks “Save Changes”.

Method 2: On the payment status screen, after selecting the fee to be paid, click “Pay Now”. The system displays fee information ⇒ click “Update Information” to display the screen for updating the electronic invoice address.
