Steps to post LCNT on the National Procurement Network

The new national bidding network system has many other points in its operation. Below, DauThau.info will guide you on how to post your bid on the new National Procurement Network. Specifically as follows:

Step 1: The user logs in to the system as a Procuring Entity or Investor => Select module E-Bidding.

Step 2: Select menu Contractor selection ⇒ Contractor selection plan ⇒ Create a new contract

At this step, the user creates a new customer order. In the "Project approval status" section, the user chooses 1 of 2 cases: "There is a decision to approve the project" or "There is no decision to approve the project".

  • In case there is a decision to approve the project: User selects Project code to get project information.

  • In case the project has not been approved: User must enter a new Customer name.

Step 3: The screen switches to input tab Bid information, the user enters the complete package information  ⇒ Save the bid ⇒ Post.
