DauThau.INFO announces a reward policy for customers who discover software bugs: For each feature bug, customers will receive a reward of 200,000 VND. For data errors or omissions, customers will receive a reward of 100,000 VND for each error. Selected ideas for implementation will be rewarded from 100,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND depending on the idea.

Instructions for reporting errors and contributing ideas
When reporting bugs, please provide detailed information to help us check easily. This information is essential for the code team to check and fix the bug, so you need to provide complete information to expedite the confirmation/fix process.
1. Short and concise bug report titles that summarize the content are required. For example: "Bug report: ...." or "Idea: ..."

- A detailed description of the encountered bug, the process or actions leading to the bug. Describing the process leading to the bug is particularly important as sometimes the bug only occurs with certain actions and not others.
- Information about the browser/device you used to access (as the bug might only occur on certain browsers or devices).
- Screenshots of the bug and send them to us to help us discover the bug easily.

Within 3-7 days, the bug will be confirmed as a bug or not to decide on rewarding you.
