Rewarding Customers for discovering Software Bugs & Suggesting idea of useful Features

To appreciate our customers and maintain our commitment to ensuring the highest software quality, DauThau.INFO will begin implementing a reward policy for users starting from March 23, 2020, as follows:

 

Note:
0. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used to pay for services on DauThau.INFO.
1. If duplicate bugs are reported, the reward will only be given to the first reporter.
2. If duplicate ideas are proposed, the reward will only be given to the first proposer. The reward will be given when the idea is selected for use. If multiple people propose the same idea but with different solutions that DauThau.INFO uses, the reward will be divided equally among those whose solutions are used.

When reporting bugs, please provide detailed information to help us check easily. This information is essential for the code team to check and fix the bug, so you need to provide complete information to expedite the confirmation/fix process.

1. Short and concise bug report titles that summarize the content are required. For example: "Bug report: ...." or "Idea: ..."
2. Bug report content should include:

We accept bug reports in any of the following forms:
Method 1: 
Submit bug reports using Facebook comments below this post to provide bug report information or ideas. The content must include the hashtags #dauthau #dauthauinfo #baoloidauthau.
Method 2:
Check-in on the Fanpage "DauThau.info - Best software for analyzing and hunting bid opportunities" and post the bug report/idea content. The content must include the hashtags #dauthau #dauthauinfo #baoloidauthau.
*** Note: Bug reports and ideas posted on Facebook must be set to public.

Method 3:
Register a free account on github.com and post bug reports directly to our code repository at:  https://github.com/dauthau/dauthau.info/issues/new

After submitting your bug report/idea, message the fan page admin at https://m.me/en.dauthau.info to request confirmation. The admin will provide you with a link recording the bug you reported after collecting information about the bug to enter it into the system. Within 3-7 days, the bug will be confirmed as a bug or not to decide on rewarding you.
