This feature is designed to maximize customer satisfaction during their use of the DauThau.info software. Now, if a customer is not pleased with their current support specialist, they can proactively switch to a different specialist for better support.
Here, you will see information about the specialist currently assisting you and the software packages you are using. To change your support specialist, click on the “Change Specialist” link.
Also on the DauThau.info homepage, go to Members ⇒ Manage VIP Software Packages (as shown below).
In this section, you will see information about the VIP packages you are using and the specialist currently assigned to you. To change your support specialist, click on the “Change Support Specialist” button, as shown below.
A screen will appear with the interface to change your support specialist. Here, you can enter the reasons for your dissatisfaction with the current specialist and provide supporting images (you can also choose not to provide a reason by ticking the “No Reason” box, but this will cost you 50 points from your account) ⇒ Click the Change button.
In this new interface, you can change your support specialist in two ways:
Method 1: Have the system randomly select a specialist, different from those who have previously assisted you ⇒ Click "Random Selection".
Method 2: Specify a preferred specialist by entering the phone number of the support specialist and clicking the check button. The system will display the full information for you to verify. If correct, click the confirm button to proceed with the change.
The system will notify you that the support specialist has been successfully changed!
