DauThau.info has added the feature to download Excel files of ITB (Invite To Bid) data and bidder selection plans.

Introduction to the feature of downloading Excel files for bidding notification data and contractor selection plans

Instead of receiving complete bidding information via email as currently done, DauThau.info has added a feature that allows users to export Excel files of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data, enabling users to easily view more bidding information in a single spreadsheet, and also catering to research, statistical, and calculation needs (if any).

The feature to download Excel files of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data is currently available for user accounts using the VIP1 and VIP2 packages on the DauThau.info system. 

• Main function: Allows downloading an Excel file of bidding information based on predefined filters.
• Cost: Purchase the feature by exchanging points, 2000 points/package/account.
• Validity period: Along with the validity of the VIP package. 
  • If the VIP package is renewed before the expiration date: The feature to export ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data is automatically renewed at no extra charge.
  • If the VIP package is not renewed before the expiration date: If you do not renew the VIP package before it expires, you will need to repurchase the feature to export ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data upon renewing the VIP package.

• With the feature of receiving bidding information via email: After a new ITB or Bidder Selection Plan is compatible with the created filters, the system will send a notification via email. The email content will include basic information about the bidding package along with a link (URL) to View details on DauThau.info, as well as a Follow bidding information button for users to conveniently monitor any changes related to that bidding package.

• With the feature to download Excel files of bidding data: After a new ITB or Bidder Selection Plan is available, the system will send a notification via email. The email content will inform you that the data export request has been completed, along with a URL for you to access the download page (see Figure 2). The Excel file resulting from the filter after being downloaded will have an interface as shown in Figure 3.

To use the feature to download Excel files of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data, users with VIP1 or VIP2 packages should follow these steps: 

Step 1: Purchase the advanced feature

First, you need to log in to your account on DauThau.info. In the Member menu, select Manage VIP software package.

In the Select section, click on Action and select Advanced feature (see Figure 5).

The screen will display the List of advanced features, click the Buy button in the Action/Status section.

Step 2: Adjust the email sending cycle (information summary cycle)

After successfully purchasing the advanced feature - the Excel file downloading feature, you need to adjust the email sending cycle (information summary cycle) according to your needs.

To adjust the email sending cycle (information summary cycle), in the Member menu, select Manage VIP software package, but in the Select section, choose Action as View/Edit information.

Here, you can adjust the email sending cycle (information summary cycle) as desired, with a maximum of once every hour and a minimum of once every 9 hours. 

Step 3: Enable the feature to send filtered Excel files

To enable the feature to send filtered Excel files, in the Member menu, select Manage search filters.

If there are no filters yet, click the Add new filter button (see Figure 10).

On the Manage filters page, find the filter you need to download the Excel file of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data and enable the Send filtered Excel file button (see Figure 11).

Step 4: Download the Excel file of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data

In this step, there are 02 ways to download the Excel file of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data:

Method 1: Click on “Manage file download requests” on the Manage filters page (see Figure 12). 

Method 2: Click on the link sent to your email to download the file (see Figure 13).

After performing one of the two methods above, the screen will display the Export bidding data page, where you can click the download icon in the File download section to download the Excel file (see Figure 14).

The result of the Excel file of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan data after downloading is illustrated as shown in Figure 15.

Note: 

• The Excel file will be deleted within 10 days from the date you successfully download the file.
• The basic data of ITB and Bidder Selection Plan will be similar to the data displayed in the email notification about new bidding information such as: Name of Bidder Selection Plan, Bidder Selection Plan Number, Bidding Entity, Investor, Total Investment,...
