Price list

• (*): Past data extraction applies to data from the month before the purchase date (and earlier). Validity: 7 days.

• X1 Past (X1QK): Allows data export up to the month before the most recent renewal month.
  
  Example: A user registering on 01/18/2021 can export data from December 2020 and earlier. If they renew on 02/10/2021, they can export data from January 2021 and earlier. The validity of the package remains the same at 7 days if one package is registered.

• X1 Current (X1HT): Allows data export from the time of registration to the current time. If renewed before the expiration date, the original registration time remains the same. If renewed after, the time frame is considered as a new purchase.
  
  Example: A user who registers for a one-year X1HT package on 01/01/2020 and renews it for the next year until 01/01/2022 can export data from the initial purchase date 01/01/2020 to 01/01/2022. If they do not renew before 01/01/2021 but renew on 02/01/2021, the time frame is counted from 02/01/2021 to 02/01/2022.

• If a user registers for both X1QK and X1HT at the same time, the expiration date of the X1QK package will be the same as that of the X1HT package

General description of the tool to extract winning bid data history into excel

With this tool, contractors can export all winning bid data to an Excel file, allowing them to compile statistics on winning bids, total value of the contracts won by various contractors, and many other details included in the tender notices.

Contractors will be provided with an account to extract data whenever needed (within 7 days from the purchase date). They can export this data to their computers in Excel format. The data can be exported in 5 ways:

1. By Bid Solicitor name

Simply select the name of the Bid Solicitor (up to 3 bid solicitors), and the system will export all results for that bid solicitors.

2. By Month

Contractors can choose the month/year for which they need to export data

3. By Keyword

Filter winning bids by keyword and then export the data

4. By Winning Contractor's Name

Simply select the name of the contractor (up to 3 contractors), and the system will export all results for that winning contractor.

5. By Product - Goods Name

This is a new feature updated on 01/18/2021 in the X1 package, allowing users to export data to Excel by the goods name in the list of winning goods
