Steps to Post Prequalification Notices for PPP Projects

Before posting a prequalification notice for a PPP project, users need to log into the new National Bidding Network System as a bid solicitor. After logging in, the user will proceed with the following steps:

• Step 1: Choose Electronic Bidding => Select PPP Project => Select Shortlisting for PPP Project => Select Issuing Prequalification Documents.

• Step 2: Proceed to select Create New => Choose Online => In the Project Information section, the user clicks Search for the project they need to post information about.

*** Note: For creating a prequalification notice offline, the bid solicitor only needs to post the results of the investor pre-qualification submitted offline.

• Step 3: Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) => Press Continue

• Step 4: In the tab for creating PPP prequalification documents, fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) => Press Continue.

*** Note: For attached files in prequalification documents, users are only allowed to attach files in formats such as PDF, DOC, RAR, ZIP.

• Step 5: In the tab for Issuing PPP Prequalification Documents, fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*) => Select Save => Press Confirm to Post.
