1. Instructions to follow bidding packages participated in on personal page

Step 1: System Login

To track bidding packages participated in on the personal page, first, users access the public procurement page and log into the system at: https://muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn/

Step 2: Select the list of bidding packages participated in

After logging into the personal page (image 1), users click on “track the status of the bidding packages participated in” as shown in image 2 to see the list of bidding packages they have participated in.

The system will display information about the bidding packages the contractor has submitted, including the submission date and the status of the bidding package (image 3).

2. Instructions to track bidding packages participated in using the search function

Step 1: Search for the bidding package by name or Tender Notice number

On the homepage screen, users enter the Tender Notice number or name of the bidding package to be tracked, then click search (image 4).

Step 2: View bidding package details

The system displays the bidding package that the user searched for on the right corner will show the status of the bidding package. To view details, users click on the name of the bidding package. Users can track the status and detailed announcements associated with the bidding package by clicking on each tab (image 5).
