X3 software package - "Looking up business directory and extracting business data to excel" was developed by the Bidding Ecosystem team for the purpose of serving the needs of looking up and extracting business data, providing provide useful information sources to serve the business activities of enterprises in addition to bidding work.

(*) Supplied FULL business information : X3 helps provide complete and accurate business information. When the user has not registered for the X3 package, the phone number information and additional information about the business will be hidden. Conversely, when registering to use the X3 software package, the above information will be displayed in full.

(**) CONVENIENT with the feature of extracting data to excel : When there is a need to export business information to an excel file for statistics and analysis, customers will have to use their points. Accordingly, when registering for the X3 package, users will reduce ½ of the number of points when exporting data to an excel file, thereby significantly saving the number of points for their account.

How is the score when exporting enterprise data of the X3 package?

The number of minus points will be calculated according to the amount of business information the user downloads, specifically the system will default to 10 points / information 10 businesses , calculated on a block of 10 businesses 1 time (ie 1 block will include 10 businesses, if the last block is less than 10 businesses, the system will still subtract 10 points from users, for example: 31 business information = 40 points).

When using the X3 package, users will see all the business information they need (as shown in Figure 2)

Users who do not register to use the X3 plan, what will be the difference?

When users do not use the X3 package, there will be 2 limitations as follows:

1. The “Contact” and “Additional Information” sections will be hidden

To view information, users will be deducted the number of points corresponding to each specific piece of information:

Additional Information (Date of Operation, Place of Tax Registration)

The number of points to view for each piece of information is 1 point = 1 piece of business information.

2. File download score is twice that of registered users using the X3 . package

For the request to download the Excel file without registering the X3 package, users can still download the Excel file normally, but the file download point will be double that of the user account registered for the X3 package.

For example : When searching for business information in Hai Duong province, the system results in 21,066 enterprises , to export Hai Duong province business data to an Excel file, the system will charge as follows:

Users who do NOT use X3 package will be deducted 42,140 Points (double the number of users when registering to use X3 package)

lose half of the score when loading — *Figure 4. When not using the X3 package, the point to download Excel files is doubled*

For users using package X3 will be deducted 21,070 Points (reduce of points)

*** Note :

The data source looked up from the X3 package is public data about enterprises on the National Business Registration Portal and the Tax Lookup Portal.
Only accounts registered for the Personal/Professional profile type are eligible to subscribe to the X3 package
When using the X3 package, users will have to pay a registration fee of VND 1,000,000/year, and additional points will be lost when exporting business data to an Excel file. However, this score will be reduced by ½ compared to users who do not register to use the package.
