To use the bidder competency score feature, DauThau.info encourages businesses to utilize it in the following two ways for the best experience during use, with each method serving a different purpose:

Method 1: Search for a specific bidder of interest

For businesses needing to assess the competency of a competitor or partner for analysis, it is recommended to view the bidder competency score from the bidder Information page. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Users access the menu Bidding → Select bidder Information.

• Step 2: Enter the bidder's name into the keyword box, click Search → Click on the bidder's Name to view the bidder competency score (see Figure 2) → Scroll to view the bidder's competency score (see Figure 3).

Example: View the competency score of PVI Insurance Corporation.

Method 2: Search for bidders by field or industry from specific bidding packages

For businesses looking to find bidders by field or industry from specific bidding packages, analyze and search for competitors in the same sector, or for stock investors wanting to predict the bidding results of a package, it is recommended to view the bidder competency score from the Bidding Results page. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: In the Search Information section on the DauThau.asia homepage, users select Information Type as Bidding Results → Select Publication Time → Select Field → Click Search (see Figure 4) or access the menu Bidding → Select For bidders → Select Bidding Results (see Figure 5).

• Step 2: The system displays a list of bidding results. Users select the package they are interested in → Select View detailed results (see Figure 6). In the bidder Information section, users click on the bidder's name to view the competency score of the bidder they are interested in.

Example: In the Bidding Results page for the package "Package No. 02/MSTS: Procurement of materials, equipment, and sports uniforms for the 10th National Phu Dong Health Games in 2024," click on the first bidder in the list: VNASPORTS Vietnam Co., Ltd to view the competency score.

• Step 3: Click on the bidder's name to view the competency score, then scroll down to see the competency score of VNASPORTS Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Thus, the bidder competency score feature on DauThau.info is a powerful support tool for bidders, bidding parties, investors, and more in bidding activities. To maximize the benefits of this feature, users need to understand the purpose and method of use.

• The scores and rankings are analyzed by DauThau.info software based on bidding history and business scale. However, these scores are only relative and cannot precisely determine which bidder is stronger or weaker or influence the likelihood of winning a bid.
