• For contractors: View detailed information such as the list of participated bidding packages, bid solicitors they have worked with, competing contractors, consortium partners, provinces/cities where they have participated, consulting roles undertaken, and more.
• For bid solicitors: View detailed data such as the list of procurement plans they acted as investor, published bidding notices, published bid results, contractors they have relationships with, and related project owners.
• For project owners: View details such as the list of implemented projects, related procurement plans, published bidding notices, related bid solicitors, and contractors associated with the project owner.

These data tables already offered a rich source of information, helping users gain a comprehensive overview of bidding activities of each contractor, bid solicitor, or project owner.

However, in practice, many users don’t just want to view data online - they need to export it to Excel for in-depth analysis. This essential need arises from several reasons:

• Save time in data processing: No need to manually copy each table; one download provides all data ready for use in Excel.
• Quick and accurate statistics: Easily filter by industry, region, or time period to immediately see the number of packages, winning rates, or participation levels of each contractor.
• In-depth analysis: Compare and cross-reference results between contractors, bid solicitors, and project owners to identify trends and potential opportunities.
• Better bidding planning: Analyze average package values, costs, and opportunities to plan future bids more effectively.

From now on, when accessing the detail pages of contractors, bid solicitors, or project owners, VIP3 users can not only view data directly on the website but also download entire data tables in Excel format with just one click.

So, how can you export Excel files from the contractor, bid solicitor, or project owner detail pages?

To download data in Excel format, users only need to follow a few simple steps:

Step 1: Search for the contractor, bid solicitor, or project owner

Search according to the instructions in the article How to use VIP3 package.

Step 2: View detailed information

For example, if you want to check which packages Dong Nam Trading Co., Ltd. has participated in, simply scroll down to the section “List of participated bidding packages”.

The system displays the three most recent bidding packages that the contractor has participated in. To view more package information, click the link “... view the full list here” (see Picture 1).

Step 3: Export to Excel

If users wish to download the data in Excel format for analysis, statistics, calculations, or storage purposes, simply click the “Export to Excel” button on the “List of participated bidding packages” detail page (see Picture 2).

The system will display a popup notifying you that points are required to download the Excel file. If you agree, please click the “Download” button to proceed with the download.

The Excel file containing the downloaded data will be saved to your computer.

Note on point calculation when exporting Excel files:

• 1 block = 10 rows of data
• 1 block = 2 points
