DauThau.info announces a reward policy for customers who detect errors in the feature that alerts non-compliant bidding packages. Specifically, if a user finds that the DauThau.info software incorrectly alerts or fails to alert regarding Invitation To Bid (ITB) and Bidder Selection Plan that do not meet the requirements of e-bidding regulations, they will be rewarded. The value of the reward can be up to 500,000 VND, depending on the specific error discovered.

As a token of DauThau.info's sincere appreciation to customers who detect errors (incorrect or missing alerts) in bidding packages and bidder selection plans that do not meet e-bidding regulations, DauThau.info implements the following reward points policy:
  • REWARD OF 100 POINTS (equivalent to 100,000 VND) for each error detected (in the case of an error related to the data of only one bidding package).
  • REWARD OF 500 POINTS (equivalent to 500,000 VND) if the error occurs in multiple instances (the same error found in over 5 bidding packages).
Note:
  • Customers should report errors through the  Support Center System 
  • The rewards can be used for DauThau.info's point usage features and cannot be converted into cash.
  • If the same error is reported by multiple users, the reward will be given to the first person who reports it.

DauThau.info's reward points policy aims to encourage customers to participate in monitoring, contributing to ensuring that the bidding process adheres to the correct regulations, eliminating potential errors and fraud.

DauThau.info hopes that this reward points policy will receive positive feedback from customers in detecting bidding packages that show signs of violations, thereby contributing to building a more transparent, effective, and reliable online bidding system.

Errors in alerts regarding non-compliant bidding packages are considered a special case of the error reporting feature in the DauThau.info software. For other types of errors unrelated to non-compliant bidding packages, users will be rewarded according to the previously established policy.
