You can register for the X1 software package - Exporting Bidding Results to Excel with 03 options:

• X1QK - Exporting historical data
• X1HT - Exporting current month's data
  • Monthly maintenance payment Yearly maintenance payment
  • Each option will have a different price.

1. Guide to exporting bidding results to Excel file

Log in to your DauThau.info software account, go to the Bidding menu, select For Contractors, and choose Export bidding results to Excel (see Picture 1)

Basically, both X1QK and X1HT packages have similar features. The difference lies in:

• X1QK can only export past data, with a time usage limit of 7 days from the registration date.
• X1HT can only export data for the current month; data from past months cannot be exported.

Regarding the number of data exports, both X1QK and X1HT packages allow unlimited data exports within the software subscription period.

2. Types of Bid-Winning Data Export

Currently, DauThau.info supports exporting bid-winning data in 7 formats:

2.1. Exporting Bid-Winning Data by name of Bid Inviter

To export bid-winning data byname of Bid Inviter, simply select the name of the procuring entity (up to 3 entities). The system will export all results associated with the selected procuring entity.

Example:

• Procuring Entity: Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp
• Approval Date: 02/27/2023 - 03/12/22023
• Select Export "Goods name" for export

2.2. Exporting bidding results by month

To export bid-winning data by month, simply choose the desired month/year.

Example:

• Month: 08/2023
• Excel Template: Template 2 (Add list of failed bidders, tax code, phone number, email...)
• Bid Packages in Province/City: Hanoi
• Do not select Export "Goods name"

Result: This unit has published 2468 bid packages with contractor selection results.

2.3. Exporting Bid-Winning Data by Completion Date

To export bid-winning data by completion date, just enter the time period of completion.

Example:

• Completion Period: 02/27/2023 – 03/12/22023
• Excel Template: Template 1 (Normal template) 
• Bid Packages in Province/City: Da Nang
• Select Export "Goods name"

Result: This unit has published 2439 bid packages with contractor selection results.

2.4. Exporting bidding results by keyword

To export bidding results by keyword, you input all the necessary content you want to export, specifically.

For example: You export bid-winning data by keyword with the following information:

• Main Keyword: Computer
• Completion Date: 07/21/2023 – 07/28/2023
• Excel Template: Template 1 (Normal template)
• Do not select Export "Goods name"

Result: With the keyword "Computer", this unit has published 61 bid packages with contractor selection results.

2.5. Exporting bidding results by name of Winning/Awarded Bidder

To export bid-winning data by name of Winning/Awarded Bidder, select the name of the contractor (up to 3 contractors). The system will export all relevant results.

Example:

• Contractor: Tổng công ty bảo hiểm PVI
• Contractor Selection Completion Date: 07/21/2023 – 07/28/2023
• Select Export "Goods name"

Result: This contractor won 24 bid packages within the specified time period.

Note: By default, the system only exports awarded goods specific to the selected contractor. To export all awarded goods within the packages, uncheck the relevant option.

2.6. Exporting bidding results by name of Bid-Awarded Goods

To export bid-winning data by name of Bid-Awarded Goods, simply enter the goods name(s) to be searched (up to 5 keywords).

Example:

• Goods Name: Computer, office equipment
• Bid Packages in Province/City: Da Nang
• Do not select Export "Goods name"

Result: 8 bid packages with the specified goods have been awarded.

Note: By default, the system shows the full list of awarded goods. If you uncheck the option, it will only display goods that exactly match the keywords.

2.7. Exporting bidding results by name or ID of the ITB (Invitation to Bid)

This is a newly added feature suitable for users needing results from specific bid packages.

To export by ITB numbers, input a comma-separated list of the relevant codes.

Example:

• ITB Numbers: IB2300383804-00, IB2400030123-00, IB2400030121-00
• Select Export "Goods name"

Result: Data will be returned once processing is complete and ready for download.
