Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decisions No. 306/QD-BXD dated June 1, 2015 and No. 395/QD-BXD dated October 3, 2012 of the Minister of Construction.
