The technical standards of the test are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 79/QD-BXD dated March 7, 2011 and Decision No. 209/QD-BXD dated May 9, 2016 of the Minister of Construction.
