The list of testing criteria eligible for operation in this Certificate includes: Cement physical and mechanical testing; Heavy concrete and concrete mixtures; Testing aggregates for concrete and mortar; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Inspection of construction steel; Field testing; Chemical analysis of water and gas; Asphalt concrete; Bitumen; Physical and mechanical testing of mineral powder materials in asphalt; Test the mechanical properties of rubber bridge bearings; Mechanical testing of concrete blocks; Soil reinforced with adhesive; Bentonite mechanics; Geotextiles – permeable wicks and permeable wick covers; Check the weld seam; Concrete and concrete mixtures; Mechanical testing of terazo bricks; Lightning protection. Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decisions: No. 189/QD-BXD, July 1, 2013; No. 34D/QD-BXD, October 8, 2013; No. 516/OD-BXD, dated November 24, 2014 and No. 716/QD-BXD, dated December 24, 2015 of the Minister of Construction.
