The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of LAS-Construction laboratory 141 includes: Mechanical and physical testing of cement; Aggregate testing for concrete and mortar; Testing of concrete and heavy concrete mixtures; Testing construction mortar; Testing masonry; Mechanical testing of concrete bricks; Testing of terazo tiles; Asphalt concrete testing; Bitumen testing; Testing of metal materials and welded joints; Laboratory soil mechanical testing; Field testing; Physical and mechanical testing of mineral powder materials in asphalt concrete. Technical standards used for the tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 414/QD-BXD dated November 28, 2013 of the Minister of Construction.
