The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of the LAS-XD 1739 laboratory includes: Tensile testing of bolts and nuts: Checking geometric dimensions, surface defects, tensile testing, shear force; Testing Checking the tightening force of bolts and nuts; Geotextiles: Determination of tensile strength; elongation; determine penetration resistance; weight; hole size and flow rate, wick and wick cover; Testing thermoplastic pipes: Check size - thickness; Determine tensile strength, flexural compressive strength and elongation; pipeline pressure test; Check weld seams using ultrasonic (UT) + magnetic (MT) methods; Coating thickness measurement test; Electromagnetic method determines the thickness of the protective concrete layer, the location and diameter of reinforcement in concrete; Bentonite and polymer testing: determine density, viscosity, sand content, pH, colloid ratio, shear force, water separation amount, stability, clay thickness; Check the pullout strength of drill steel, anchor pipes, anchor bolts; Testing concrete air bubble content; CBR testing in the field; Reinforced concrete drainage pipes and box culverts: check size, visual defects, water resistance, concrete strength, load-bearing capacity.
The technical standards used for the tests are fully listed. When there is a new version of the technical standard replacing the old standard, the corresponding new standard must be applied.
