The list of testing criteria eligible for specialized construction activities of LAS-Construction 491 laboratory includes: Concrete mixture and heavy concrete; Test concrete aggregates and mortar; Inspection of construction steel; Field testing. Technical standards used for tests are fully listed, including Vietnamese and foreign standards (if any). When there is a new version of technical standards to replace the old standards, the corresponding new standards must be applied. This certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and replaces Decision No. 121/QD-BXD dated March 29, 2010 of the Minister of Construction.
