Investment Objectives of the Project
Meet transportation needs, reduce load and ensure traffic safety on Highway 20; Complete and put into synchronous operation expressway routes with high capacity, traffic safety and high speed on the Ho Chi Minh City - Dau Giay - Lien Khuong transport corridor, promoting economic development. socio-economic situation of Dong Nai provinces in particular and the Southeast region in general; create motivation to link, promote cooperation and development of the Southeast region with the Mekong Delta, Central Highlands and South Central regions; increase the competitiveness of the economy in the context of deep integration, gradually completing the road transport network according to planning; contributing to ensuring national defense and security.
Investment Scale of the Project
a) Road level
- Complete phase: highway level 100, 4 lanes, design speed Vtk = 100 km/h according to TCVN 5729:2012 standard.
- Phase 1: geometric elements (plan, vertical profile) meet highway standards level 100, with 4 lanes according to TCCS 42:2022/TCDBVN standards.
b) Cross section
- Completed phase: 4 lanes, width of roadbed = 24.75m.
- Phase 1: 4 lanes, width of roadbed = 17m. At positions of soft soil treatment, excavated roadbeds, high embankments, areas of intersections, emergency vehicle stops, and bridge constructions on highways, design the cross-section according to the scale of the completion stage. 24.75m.
c) Road surface: high grade A1.
d) Bridge works
- Bridge structures are designed with reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete according to standards TCVN 11823-1:2017 to TCVN 11823-14:2017.
- Bridge width: bridge works on highways are designed with cross-sections according to the scale of the completed phase Bbase = 24.75m; Bridge works at intersections and overpasses should be designed with bridge cross-sections consistent with the roadbed gauge. Design load HL93.
d) Intersections: build interconnected and direct intersections to ensure safe operation and convenient connection. Design frequency: ensure frequency P = 1%.
- Road grade and cross section: consistent with existing roads, ensuring at least the scale of rural roads of grade B.
- Design frequency: according to regulations of road grade; For return roads, ensure compliance with the current state of the road being exploited.
- Road surface: asphalt concrete, asphalt or cement concrete.
- Smart traffic management system: complete investment in smart traffic management system, non-stop electronic toll collection system, vehicle load control works to ensure traffic control and control throughout the route , meeting the requirements for highway operation and exploitation, ensuring synchronous and unified connection with neighboring routes.
- Rest stop: arrange a rest stop at approximately Km40+00; Scale is about 3.0 hectares/side.
