Nutritional requirements: Average nutritional value per 100ml: - Energy: ≥ 70 kcal - Fat: ≥ 3.2g - Protein: ≥ 2.9g - Carbohydrate: ≥ 7.4g - Calcium: ≥ 100mg Ingredients per 100ml: - Milk from fresh cow's milk: ≥ 97%, - Sugar: 2.0-2.8% - Mixture of emulsifiers and stabilizers (E471, E407, E412) - Made entirely from pure, fresh milk, no preservatives used. 2. Requirements regarding milk standards: a) Compliance with relevant national technical regulations for pasteurized fresh milk, including: - QCVN 5-1:2010/BYT National technical regulation for liquid milk products or equivalent; - QCVN 8-2:2011/BYT National technical regulation on limits of heavy metal contamination in food or equivalent; - QCVN 8-3:2012/BYT National technical regulation on limits of microbial contamination in food or equivalent; - QCVN 8-1:2011/BYT National technical regulation on limits of mycotoxin contamination in food or equivalent; b) Ensure that milk quality testing standards comply with the following regulations: - National Technical Standards: QCVN 5-1:2010/BYT, QCVN 8-2:2011/BYT, QCVN 8-3:2012/BYT, QCVN 8-1:2011/BYT or equivalent; - Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BYT dated August 30, 2019 of the Ministry of Health stipulating the management and use of food additives; - Circular No. 17/2023/TT-BYT dated September 25, 2023 of the Ministry of Health amending, supplementing and repealing a number of legal documents on food safety issued by the Minister of Health; - Circular No. 24/2013/TT-BYT dated August 14, 2013, of the Ministry of Health promulgating regulations on the maximum residue limits of veterinary drugs in food; - Circular No. 50/2016/TT-BYT dated December 30, 2016, of the Ministry of Health stipulating the maximum residue limits of plant protection products in food. 2. Requirements for milk storage: Comply with the provisions of Article 20 of the Food Safety Law No. 55/2010/QH12, amended and supplemented in 2018, and TCVN 7028:2009 National Standard for pasteurized fresh milk. 3. Packaging materials: - The product is individually packaged for single use, with a capacity of 180ml/box. - The product is packaged in a cardboard box, with a straw included, ensuring food safety and hygiene requirements according to QCVN12-1:2011/BYT or equivalent. |
