Inspection costs are paid by the Contractor. The scope of inspection includes: Packaging, quantity, type, origin, technical specifications + The Investor/Project Management Board will preliminarily accept all goods at the location proposed by the contractor approved by the Investor/Project Management Board or any other location agreed upon by both parties. Time for preliminary acceptance of goods by the Project Management Board: 01 time and no later than 40 days from the effective date of the contract. b/ Goods delivery/allocation progress: + Quantity: 4,053,660 packages; + Delivery schedule: expected 01 batch in 2026 to 19 units receiving lubricants in 17 provinces/cities implementing the project; + Deliver/allocation of goods within 60 days from the Project Management Board's preliminary acceptance of the goods.
