     ⚬ Package No. 19: Consulting and supervision of 220 kV-125 MVA transformer installation and supervision of the first + second calibration experiment (excluding SCADA law enforcement liability).

     ⚬ Package No. 10: Construction and installation of connection lines, including providing connection poles and transporting conductors, lightning protection wires, insulated accessories, OPGW fiber optic cables and accessories to the construction site.
