    * Xây dựng 01 Phần mềm quản lý kiểm định khí thải xe mô tô, xe gắn máy đáp ứng các yêu cầu về quản lý như sau: - Quản lý, giám sát hoạt động kiểm định khí thải của trên 5.000 cơ sở kiểm định khí thải; - Quản lý tập trung cơ sở dữ liệu về khí thải của trên 65 triệu xe mô tô, xe gắn máy, bao gồm: nhãn hiệu, tên thương mại, mã kiểu loại, số khung, số động cơ, năm sản xuất, ngày kiểm định, mức khí thải đạt được, ngày đăng ký lần đầu, thông tin về chủ sở hữu và người đưa xe đi kiểm định,…; - Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu của trên 5.000 thiết bị kiểm tra khí thải bao gồm các thông tin: nhãn hiệu, mã kiểu loại, năm sản xuất, tình trạng hoạt động, ngày kiểm định, ngày hiệu chuẩn, ngày thiết bị hỏng, ngày hoàn tất việc sửa chữa…; - Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu về đăng kiểm viên bao gồm: thông tin cá nhân, hạng đăng kiểm viên, số chứng chỉ đăng kiểm viên, ngày cấp chứng chỉ, tình trạng đăng kiểm viên (có bị đình chỉ hay được hoạt động); - Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu về các tổ chức kiểm định, hiệu chuẩn thiết bị kiểm tra khí thải.
