    a. Cải tạo nền bê tông khu vực quanh sân bóng: Cải tạo nền bê tông khu vực xung quanh sân bóng: Đục tạo nhám nền bê tông hiện trạng diện tích khoảng 400 m², láng vữa tạo phẳng và lát gạch Terrazzo kích thước 400×400 mm, cao độ hoàn thiện bằng cao độ sân hiện trạng. b. Cải tạo sân bóng: Đào xúc đất nền đến cao độ thiết kế. Đắp lớp cát dày 20 cm, lu lèn đạt độ chặt K≥0,98. Bê tông nền M250, dày 15 cm. Lát hoàn thiện gạch Terrazzo kích thước 400×400 mm theo cao độ sân hiện trạng. c. Cải tạo tấm đan rãnh thoát nước: Tháo dỡ và hoàn thiện lắp đặt các tấm đan bê tông bị hư hỏng và bổ sung lắp đặt mới tại các vị trí còn thiếu nhằm đảm bảo khả năng thoát nước. d. Cải tạo hố cát học nhảy xa: Đào hố sâu 53 cm so với nền đất hiện trạng, xây tường vữa XM M75 bo viền xung quanh, có lớp bê tông lót M150, đá 2x4; Thi công lớp cấp phối đá dăm dày 15 cm, trải vải địa kỹ thuật, đổ lớp cát sạch hạt mịn dày 45 cm; bố trí lớp cao su bo viền xung quanh rộng 80 cm đảm bảo an toàn sử dụng.
