Cải thiện chất lượng phục vụ, thu hút được người dân tham gia phương tiện vận tải hành khách công cộng bằng xe buýt; - Sửa chữa, bổ sung các hạng mục phụ trợ (vạch sơn xe buýt, biển báo hiệu giao thông phục vụ, lối đi cho người khuyết tật, camera an ninh) nhằm đảm bảo an toàn giao thông; - Lắp đặt bảng thông tin xe buýt trực tuyến, điện chiếu sáng nhằm cung cấp đầy đủ thông tin cho người tham gia phương tiện giao thông công cộng bằng xe buýt, tăng cường an ninh khu vực các nhà chờ xe buýt.
