    - Sửa chữa hệ thống khí sạch cho phòng mổ, hồi sức toà nhà Trạng Nguyên, bao gồm khu vực phòng mổ, hành lang vô khuẩn phòng mổ, khu vực phòng tiền mê, khu vực hồi sức trung tâm và các khu vực phụ trợ theo yêu cầu thực tế. - Quy mô hệ thống khí sạch bao gồm: ­+ Lắp đặt 02 hệ thống Chiller công suất ≥ 272,9 kW. ­+ Lắp đặt AHU - HL công suất 46,5 kW xử lý không khí, cấp lạnh khu vực hành lang vô khuẩn phòng mổ. ­+ Lắp đặt AHU-1 công suất 45 kW, AHU-2 công suất 24 kW, AHU-3 công suất 27 kW xử lý không khí, cấp lạnh cho 07 phòng mổ. ­+ Lắp đặt 25 FCU: 13 FCU công suất 13 kW; 1 FCU công suất 11,2 kW; 3 FCU công suất 9 kW; 4 FCU công suất 7,1 kW; 2 FCU công suất 5,7 kW; 2 FCU công suất 4,5 kW để xử lý không khí, cấp lạnh cho khu vực hồi sức và các khu vực phụ trợ. ­+ Lắp đặt quạt hút gió tươi, bồn chứa hóa chất, thiết bị điều khiển trung tâm BMS. ­+ Lắp đặt hệ thống ống, van nước lạnh Chiler, ống thoát nước ngưng, cách nhiệt ống lạnh, cách nhiệt ống thoát nước ngưng. ­+ Lắp đặt hệ thống ống gió, cách nhiệt ống gió. ­+ Lắp đặt hệ thống miệng gió và bộ lọc. ­+ Lắp đặt hệ thống tủ điện chiller, tủ điều khiển AC, cáp điện cấp nguồn, dây dẫn hệ thống điều kiển trung tâm BMS,… ­+ Kiểm định hệ thống.
