Thiết bị truyền tin báo cháy được kết nối trực tiếp với trung tâm dữ liệu báo cháy quốc gia. - Lắp đặt các họng nước chữa cháy vách tường tại nhà A6, A7, A8 đảm bảo khoảng cách theo tiêu chuẩn về phòng cháy chữa cháy. - Lắp đặt phòng bơm cấp nước chữa cháy bao gồm 01 bơm chính động cơ điện 11Kw, 01 bơm dự phòng động cơ Diesel 11Kw, 01 bơm bù áp động cơ điện có công suất 2,2Kw, Tủ điều khiển 03 bơm đồng bộ với hệ thống. Phòng bơm chữa cháy kết nối với các họng nước vách tường thông qua đường ống thép chôn ngầm kết nối thành mạng vòng. - Nguồn điện cấp cho tủ điều khiển bơm, tủ báo cháy được đấu nối trước cầu dao tổng của nhà A6. - Trang bị bình chữa cháy tại chỗ, biển báo nội quy, tiêu lệnh chữa cháy cho các nhà A6, A7, A8. - Trang bị bộ dụng cụ phá rỡ thông thường đặt tại phòng bơm nhà A6 - Công trình sử dụng bể chứa nước ngầm khối tích khoảng 20M2 đã có sẵn tại vị trí gần khu vực nhà A6.
