- Contribute to the completion of the Gia Lai Province Housing Development Program Adjustment for the period 2021-2030, approved by the Provincial People's Council; and the Gia Lai Province Housing Development Plan for the period 2026-2030. - Specifically, the detailed planning scheme at a scale of 1/500 for the Nam Hung Vuong Street urban area in Quy Nhon Bac Ward, Gia Lai Province, was approved by the Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 993/QĐ-UBND dated March 23, 2026; contributing to the coordinated development of technical and social infrastructure with existing projects in the area; serving land clearance and resettlement activities, as well as urban development. - Invest in the construction of a comprehensive and modern urban area with all types of buildings, including residential properties (detached houses, villas, social housing apartments, mixed-use apartments); resettlement areas; social infrastructure (cultural facilities, community living spaces, education, public green spaces); commercial buildings; limited use green spaces; roads; parking lots… for sale, purchase, and rental according to regulations, in order to meet the needs of residents for living, daily life, and recreation, with the goal of developing a modern, sustainable urban area that harmonizes with the natural landscape, attracting residents.

Investment in the construction of a new urban area with an approximate size of 69.7 hectares, including residential properties and a comprehensive infrastructure system for sale, lease, and rent.
