    Summary of main tasks of the bid package
    - Identify the area expected to establish natural heritage (boundary, area, geographical location) and the need to establish and recognize natural heritage. - Conduct surveys and assess the current status of the area expected to establish a natural heritage, including: natural, socio-economic conditions; current status of ecosystems, endangered, precious and rare species, priority protection, natural landscapes and unique beauty of nature; management status, pressures, threats and current land use. -Determine the fulfillment of criteria for establishing natural heritage based on survey results and comparison with natural heritage criteria specified in Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10 /2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection - Prepare a proposal for recognition of natural heritage. - Organize opinions from relevant agencies and organizations and consult the community about the project to establish natural heritage. - Complete the project file to establish a provincial natural heritage according to the opinion of the Appraisal Council and submit to the Provincial People's Committee.
