1. Requirements on copyright and scope of use - Software is legally licensed, unlimited users. - Permanent license (not depending on annual renewal costs for basic usage rights). 2. Requirements on implementation and technical support - System installation and configuration: The contractor is responsible for fully installing and configuring the software on the unit's infrastructure (physical or virtual servers according to the current status). - User manual: provide instruction documents for librarians. - System administration instructions: provide administrative documents for the IT department and TTV. 3. Requirements on data safety and recovery - Establish a plan for periodic data backup, ensuring the ability to recover when an incident occurs. - Establish a system recovery plan, including data recovery procedures, expected recovery time (RTO/RPO), ensuring continuity in software exploitation. 4. Requirements for conversion and integration - Data conversion tool: The contractor must provide tools and support to convert all existing data from the old system to the new software, ensuring completeness, accuracy and security. - Integration with existing library equipment: The software must support integration and connection with equipped library equipment such as: automatic document borrowing/returning machines, barcode/RFID readers, security gates, etc. - System integration via API: The software is capable of integrating with the school's IT systems such as: • Single Sign On (SSO) system • Student and lecturer database (via API or direct connection) • Training management system, financial accounting, LM 5. Basic functions of the software - Diverse document management: Printed documents, electronic documents, online databases. - Search and access: Powerful search capabilities, user-friendly interface, remote access. - User management: Reader account management, online renewal. - Integration: Ability to integrate with HUB information systems (Training, Finance...), Online learning systems (LMS). - Statistics and reports: Provide data for management.
