Summary of main tasks of the bid package
7.1. Reinforcement carpet on existing road surface:
- Based on the entire current state of the road surface, clean and water adhesion with CRS-I emulsion, standard 0.5kg/m2, compensate for warping and restore the tempered roof with C16 asphalt concrete (BTN) and carpet. Reinforce the C16 asphalt layer with an average thickness of 7cm (including buckling compensation).
- Seal the horizontal line with asphalt concrete C16 with an average thickness of 5cm, water the adhesion with CRS-I emulsion, standard 0.5kg/m2.
- Compensate with M200 cement concrete from the design road edge elevation to the edge of the existing curb and curb to ensure drainage.
7.2. Vertical drainage system:
- Adding drainage ditches for section Km72+135.66 ÷ Km72+686.49 (right of the route). Structure: The trench body consists of a precast M250 reinforced concrete part and a cast-in-place cast-in-place part with variable height made of M250 reinforced concrete, on top is a 15cm thick M250 precast woven panel, underneath the trench foundation is a 10cm thick layer of grit.
- Replace damaged existing water collection structures with prefabricated gutter structures.
7.3. Design a horizontal drainage sewer with aperture BxH=(2.0x2.0)m at Km64+674.4 to replace the old sewer.
- Culvert structure: Culvert body made of prefabricated M300 reinforced concrete, culvert foundation made of prefabricated M250 reinforced concrete on a 10cm thick crushed stone layer, reinforced ground under the culvert with D6-8cm bamboo piles, length of 01 pile L=3.0m , density 25 piles/m2; Head wall, wing wall, culvert yard are made of concrete M200 poured in place.
- Reinforce both sides of the culvert head with crushed stone built with M100 cement mortar 30cm thick on a 10cm thick layer of crushed stone.
7.4. Traffic safety system: Construction, additional installation of road signaling systems: painted road markings, reflective nails, marker posts, signs, guardrails, speed bumps,... according to Standards National technical regulations on road signs QCVN 41:2019/BGTVT; Basic standard TCCS 34:2020/TCDBVN Speed humps and speed humps on roads - Design requirements and current State regulations.
