Purchasing copyright data loss prevention software

Equip data loss prevention software (150 licenses, 1 year term) for physical servers and database management computers at the City Data Center with at least the following features: - Control data via peripheral devices (USB, Network, WiFi, Bluetooth, LPT/COM Port, FDD, DVD/CD, PCMCIA, IrDA, Modem, Printer, HDD, Other external hard drives, Tape drives, FireWire); Screen; Clipboard; Keyboard; Microphone; RDP; Plate; Smart cards; Port;... - Control data via web/email channel: Email (SMTP, IMAP, POP3,MAPI); Web (HTTP(S), FTP); Messengers (ICQ, MSN, Mail.ru Agent, MS Lync, Skype, Viber, XMPP (Jabber),...); Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive,..); Social networks (Facebook, Twitter,...); - Analyze user behavior: Create behavior profiles for all users to detect unusual activity. Proactively detect threats, alert security teams, and provide early data breach prevention; - Extract content from files, automatically detect files based on internal structure instead of file extension, and ability to recognize encrypted files - Detect and prevent taking screenshots of computer screens; - Record all user keystrokes and save screenshots to detect and prevent potential data breaches; - Control the use of applications in the allowed list; - Use content detection techniques such as: OCR, machine learning,... - Detect improper data storage; - Protect database; - Content analysis: Identify sensitive data, apply rules; - Integrate with other security systems at the City Data Center; - Supports at least 02 operating systems: Windows and Linux; - Provides centralized management of settings, policies, content libraries, dictionaries and other necessary information for DLP systems.
