OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Warranty period ≥ 24 months from the date of acceptance. - Commitment to provide certificate of origin (CO), certificate of quality (CQ) when handing over the equipment. - The supplier is responsible for installation, testing, handover and operating instructions for users, instructions for storage and maintenance for technical staff. - The supplier must have a letter of authorization from the manufacturer or a sales authorization from the distribution location in Vietnam. - Provide maintenance services within ≤48 hours after receiving the request from the user and/or the buyer. - The equipment's selling price includes taxes, fees, transportation and installation at the Hospital. - Commitment to provide consumables, spare parts, and repairs for ≥ 5 years from the date of equipment handover. - There is a maintenance quote, main accessories with unchanged prices for at least ≥ 3 years after warranty.
