Providing consulting services for preparing bidding documents and evaluating bid documents for the 2026–2027 security service rental package of Bu Dang Regional Medical Center, including the following work contents: - Consulting on construction, preparing bidding documents/Request documents according to the provisions of law on bidding; – Consulting on posting contractor selection information on the National Bidding Network System; – Consulting on receiving and managing bids/proposals; – Consulting on evaluating bids/proposals in terms of validity, capacity, experience, technical and financial; – Consulting on preparing bid/proposal evaluation reports; – Consulting and supporting the Investor in the process of clarifying documents, completing documents for appraisal, and approving contractor selection results; – Participate in explanations and clarifications at the request of competent authorities (if any).

As agreed

Comply with the provisions of the Bidding Law and guiding documents; Ensure progress according to the approved contractor selection plan; Complete consulting services until a decision is made to approve the contractor selection results.

The consulting contractor has valid status according to the law; – Have a consultant in charge with a valid bidding practice certificate; – Have experience consulting on similar service packages; – Responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of consulting records and reports.

Providing consulting services for appraising bidding documents and contractor selection results for the 2026–2027 security service hiring package of Bu Dang Regional Medical Center, including the following work contents: - Appraisal of bidding documents/requirements for content, form, legal basis and compatibility with the contractor selection plan; – Appraisal of the contractor selection process; – Appraisal of bid/proposal evaluation reports; – Appraisal of contractor selection results; – Prepare a report on appraisal of bidding documents and report on appraisal of contractor selection results according to regulations; – Participate in explaining and clarifying appraisal content when requested by the Investor or competent authority.
