01 Task

- Inspect the main crusher's axle and bearing: Check the surface of the axle (trunnion), assess the condition of the bearings to determine if they need to be removed for inspection. - Inspect the large gear and pinion: Check the condition of the large gear and pinion, as well as the center distance and axial offset of the large gear, and provide adjustment specifications. - Inspect within the crusher bin: Check the condition of the lining plates and bolts, conveyor screws, axle surface, and level sensors, and propose reinforcement measures. - Inspect the gearbox and bevel gear: Check the condition of the gearbox bearings, backlash, and provide adjustment specifications. - Inspect dust seals: Check the condition of the seals. - Estimated inspection time: 10 shifts, with an 8-hour shift being considered one shift per day. - Required personnel position: Pulverizer system installation and commissioning advisor (Erection and Commissioning Advisor for Pulverizer). - Education level: Must have a diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing, power generation, or a related field. - Years of relevant professional experience: Minimum 10 years of specialized experience working with pulverizer systems. - Experience with similar contracts/projects: + Previous experience as an installation and commissioning advisor (Erection/Commissioning Advisor) or a design and installation advisor (Designer and Installation Advisor) for pulverizer systems. + Successful completion of at least 03 projects/contracts involving the installation, maintenance, or commissioning of ball mills in coal-fired power plants with a capacity of 1 or more units from 300MW.
