Collect, update, and inherit information and data related to inventory indicators and basic surveys conducted in the former Ha Nam and Ninh Binh provinces or from the period before and during the inventory period.

Minutes of collection of documents and records related to the content of Water Resources Inventory in 57 communes and wards in the former Nam Dinh province and relevant departments, branches, agencies and units.

-Completely implement the content of water resources inventory according to Document No. 4464/BTNMT-TNN dated June 16, 2023 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (part of tasks performed by localities) - Carry out inventory of indicators in the field on Investigation and assessment of surface water resources; Investigate and evaluate the current status of exploitation and use of surface water and Investigate and evaluate the current status of wastewater discharge into intra-provincial surface water sources (carried out for the area of the former Nam Dinh province and 05 water sources of Sat River, Chau Giang River, My Do River, Nguyet Duc River, Kinh Thuy River. The river basin area of the former Ha Nam province before the merger was an inter-provincial river, an inter-provincial water source, after the merger it became an intra-provincial river, an intra-provincial water source according to Decision No. 605/QD-BNNMT dated February 13, 2026 on promulgating the List of intra-provincial river basins, Decision No. 1004/QD-BNNMT dated March 25, 2026 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on promulgating the List of inter-national surface water sources and the List of inter-provincial surface water sources). - Take advantage of data from the task List of lakes and ponds that cannot be leveled in the province (ongoing)

Main products include: a) General explanatory report "Results of inventory of intra-provincial surface water resources in Ninh Binh province after merger, period to 2025"; b) Summary report "Results of inventory of intra-provincial surface water resources in Ninh Binh province after merger, period to 2025"; c) Set of water resources inventory results until 2025 (including explanatory pages, maps, inventory results of indicators); d) Thematic reports on inventory for each indicator; e) List of information on indicators and results of the total inventory of intra-provincial surface water resources in Ninh Binh province after the merger for the period up to 2025; g) 1:25,000 scale maps, including: - Current status map of locations of monitoring points and surface water calculation nodes; - Map of the current status of surface water exploitation and use; - Map of current status and discharge of wastewater into water sources. h) Other intermediate products - Expected implementation time: 03 months from the date of signing the contract in 2026
