Service package

1. Scope of Service: - The system will undergo regular maintenance and replacement of damaged components (if any) to ensure accurate, stable, and safe operation, with features and technical specifications meeting the manufacturer's standards. - Replacement components will be warranted according to the manufacturer's regulations. 2. Service Duration: - Service duration: 3 years (36 months). - Time for troubleshooting and repair: + Response time to equipment malfunction notification: within 30 minutes of receiving the malfunction notification and repair request from the machine user. + Time for troubleshooting: within 24 hours of receiving the malfunction notification from the machine user. - Machine downtime due to malfunction (during the maintenance contract period): not exceeding 5% of the total system operating days, equivalent to 18 days/year. - Timeframe for supplying replacement parts/accessories, from the time of failure and with a temporary replacement plan to maintain system operation (if needed): + Common parts/accessories: maximum 48 hours; + Special parts: maximum 7 working days; 3. Preventive maintenance: The number of preventive maintenance sessions for the system is 2 sessions/year, equivalent to 6 sessions throughout the contract period. Specifically: + The first preventive maintenance session is performed within 6 months from the effective date of the Contract. + The next preventive maintenance session is performed 6 months after the previous one. 4. Repair and replacement of parts and accessories (if necessary): - No limit on the number of repairs and replacements of parts. - During the contract period, all damaged parts and accessories are repaired or replaced free of charge, including the X-ray tube and detector. The X-ray tube itself is maintained without a limit on the number of seconds of X-ray emission during the contract period. - Not mandatory for: accompanying syngo.via system hardware (if any), upgrade packages, and other auxiliary equipment besides Siemens Healthineers such as film printers, electric syringe pumps, UPS, etc. - Replacement parts and accessories for the system must have a clear and legal origin, and the warranty for replaced parts/accessories must comply with the manufacturer's policy/regulations; provide documentation on the origin of replacement parts and other documents (customs declarations, bills of lading, etc.) when requested by competent authorities. - Defective parts and accessories must be returned to the supplier within 2 working days from the date of replacement. 5. Other requirements: - System updates: The maintenance unit must update the system according to the manufacturer's instructions and requirements based on the manufacturer's policy. - A written confirmation or document from Siemens certifying that the contractor is qualified to perform repair and maintenance of the CTScanner system - Model: Somatom Definition AS (AS+Configuration) (original or certified copy). - Technical staff with professional training certificates in maintenance, servicing, and repair of medical equipment from the manufacturer/supplier, in accordance with the list of medical equipment requiring maintenance and servicing.
