Make a project to exploit and use surface water Na Duong II projects until the project is licensed to exploit surface water in accordance with the regulations:- Make an application for a license according to Form 05 Appendix I Decree 54/2024/ND-CP; - Make a project of water exploitation according to form 42 Appendix I Decree 54/2024/ND-CP; - Making diagrams of water mining location according to Article 19 of Decree 54/2024/ND-CP; - Analyze the quality of water source in the area applying for exploitation licenses for no more than 6 months up to the time of submission of the dossier according to Section d, Clause 1, Article 19 of Decree 54/2024/ND-CP.
