Engine

- Rewind the motor stator with the following specifications: rated output power of 200HP (~150kW), voltage of 0.4kV, speed of 2965 rpm, frequency of 50Hz, minimum insulation class: Class F, rated current: 248A, current at service factor (SF AMPS): 286 A. - Repair the motor bearings on the DE and NDE sides using a metal coating method with dimensions ranging from 140+0.01 to 140+0.02mm (bearing mounting position for 6313/C3 bearings), depth of bearing hole: 45mm. - Replace the motor bearings, and apply lubrication. - Remove rust and paint with anti-rust coating, and repaint the original color of the motor housing and cooling fan. - Assemble the complete motor. - Test the motor after repair: insulation resistance, winding resistance. - Run the motor at the repair facility to check for vibration and no-load current. - Transport the motor between the Nghi Son 1 Power Plant and the repair facility in both directions.

- 2 replacement bearings (supplied by the client); - Warranty requirements: Minimum of 180 days from the date of acceptance and put into use; - Progress requirements: The contractor must specify the progress for the service in the quotation (repair to be completed in August 2026, with a maximum repair time of 15 days); - Payment terms: Within 45 calendar days from the date the client receives valid payment documents.
